CLOTHING PRINTING

Clothing printing is performed on our top of the range equipment. We utilise different techniques depending on your design/quantity of order/budget however, all prints are long lasting and look great.

We will decide which is most appropriate to your product however, below is some basic information regarding our most popular techniques.

CUT VINYL

This involves using single colour very thin vinyl and a plotter cutter to create your design. Perfect for small run single (or limited) colour logos. We use what is considered to be the best vinyl available for this technique and in our experience it looks great and is guaranteed for the life of the garment.

Cut vinyl can also be used on nylon products such as raincoats, umbrellas etc.

PRINTED VINYL

This is very similar to cut vinyl however, prior to cutting the vinyl can be printed. This works great for complex multicolour logos as well as photographic imagery.

SCREEN PRINTING

High volume screen printing can be arranged however, due to our current workload, this is being outsourced to a trusted partner. This process is ideal for one off events requiring a lot of garments. The advantages are the low cost and quicker turn around.

DTG

Direct to garment is a very high detail print used for medium runs. We don't perform this process ourselves so use a trusted partner who specialise in just this.
